My Intern Life

Microsoft wanted to draw more attention to its summer internship program. So GLG Films was brought in to turn the second season of My Intern Life into a runaway summer hit.

First, we armed all the interns with their own Flip cameras. After a powwow at GLG headquarters to bring everybody up to speed, they were off and running. Each week the interns uploaded hours of footage. Huge, heaping gobs of footage. We culled the best of it, added a dash of title graphics and animation, and cut together 15 briskly paced webisodes to bring out the best of the interns and Microsoft's summer program. The videos are fun, fresh, and inspiring to bright young minds everywhere. Who wouldn't love a summer like this? And the series proves once again that if you want to make a big impression online, you can't be camera shy.
