When people started turning toward prepaid phones, T-Mobile recognized an opportunity for disruptive pricing and ventured boldly into a relatively untapped market. T-Mobile needed  its No Annual Contract site to be more adaptable and updateable. A site that was easy to navigate. A site where customers could pick the right plans and devices. And for T-Mobile to strike while the iron was hot, it had to be done quickly.
 
That’s no small order. But the revamped site is simpler and more intuitive, a friendly and accessible online home for T-Mobile’s prepaid phones. Built with powerful content management tools, it can easily be maintained in a scalable way. The results: prepaid activations increased 150% in the first month. And today, T-Mobile publishes more than 10 merchandising offers per week. Prepaid phones called - and T-Mobile was able to answer.
