T-Mobile wanted to localize offers and information throughout its network of stores, but for security reasons, managers had to manually update their in-store kiosks. This process was time-consuming and inconsistent, and the results couldn’t be tracked.
In addition to designing an intuitive, touch-screen interface, GLG found a way to link 4,000 kiosks together throughout T-Mobile’s 2,000 store locations. This means consistent user experiences, secure updating, and centralized monitoring and reporting of user behavior all over the country. Now, customers always get up-to-date, localized content, and the kiosks collect vital metrics about customers’ needs.
